Based in Oldham, and predominantly serving the North West of England and West Yorkshire, We have been providing Setting out & Surveying services for over 20 years.
In that time we have worked on a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from construction in the Commercial & Residential sector to the Transport, Health & Energy sectors.
This has given us a very comprehensive knowledge base, which puts us in good stead not only to provide Setting out & Surveying functions, but also for troubleshooting and providing solutions to any issues a project may encounter.
We always endeavour to be pro-active on any job and identify any potential issues before they arise, thus allowing time to provide a solution and avoid any potential delays and cost implications.
In particular, our experience in the use of CAD and Surveying software has proven to be a massively welcome asset to client's companies over the years. From producing something usuable form the most obscure and lacking, data or drawings to creating setting out data revisions instantly, on-site.
It's not uncommon for work on-site to cease whilst waiting for sometimes minor revisions to be made by an Architect or Engineer for instance.
When problems have presented, threatening to impede the project workflow, we have been able to liaise with Architects and Structural Engineers for example, and then make adjustments using CAD instantly on-site, allowing us to provide the necessary line and level, and for work to proceed unhindered whilst a permanent revision is made.
